Empanads
We will share a bit about where empanadas originated and what they were filled with.
You will be making fresh empanada dough, and each group will make one of the following fillings to share with the rest of the class. Beef, chicken, veggie, strawberry, smores.
You will get to make a plethora of empanadas.

We’ll have multiple pizza toppings.
You’ll have extra dough to take home.

Fresh Pasta

We’ll have multiple pasta wheels and some rolling pins. You will have a chance to make a variety of shapes. I will show you how you can flavor and color your pasta dough. We will also make a variety of homemade sauces to serve with your pastas.
Fresh Gnocchi
Join us while we show you how to make fresh gnocchi.
We will utilize the gnocchi in two dishes, Pesto gnocchi and Blue cheese gnocchi with prosciutto.
